Privacy Policy

In short

• You need no account and no sign-in to browse the site.
• We use no ad networks, tracking pixels, social media trackers or third-party ad cookies.
• We do not store your IP address — only an irreversible hash of it.
• Analytics does not start until you allow it; choose “Essential only” and no measurement request is ever sent.
• If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, analytics never runs at all.
• We do not sell your data to anyone.

The enquiry form

When you submit the form we store your name, e-mail, phone and company if given, and your message; a notification e-mail is also sent to us. We use this only to answer you and prepare a quotation. Submitting the form does not sign you up for marketing e-mails.

The form contains a hidden field (a honeypot) that only automated software fills in, which lets us filter out spam. You never have to do anything about it.

Visit measurement

We use no third-party service such as Google Analytics. Measurement runs on our own server with our own code, and the data never leaves the site.

What we measure is aggregate behaviour — which sections get read, how long people stay. The point is to fix weak sections and make the site faster, not to profile individuals. Analytics data is never used for ad targeting.

To tell visitors apart we use a salted hash derived from the IP address and browser details. The salt is kept secret, and changing it severs any link to previously stored hashes entirely.

The map

The Google Maps embed in the contact section is a third-party service: when it loads, your browser connects directly to Google. That is why it loads only if you accepted cookies. If you did not, you see a plain address card instead and no request reaches Google.

Children

This site promotes an industrial product and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

This policy may be updated. When it is, the effective date at the top of the page changes. If a change is significant, the cookie notice is shown again.
